PacifiCare Health Plan of California offers a PPO Product and utilizes the PacifiCare Behavioral Health of California provider network to provide behavioral health services to members enrolled in the PPO plan.

As a PBHC panel provider, you are on both the PPO and HMO networks.

For inpatient care PBHC provides care management and authorization. For outpatient services, pre-authorization is not required. PBHC will provide PPO members with the names of contracted PBHC providers upon request.
