Our online services include the ability to lookup member and claims data, as well as submit claims and PARs for authorized services 24 hours a day 7 days per week. Our mission is to:

Thus, our online services enhance the flexibility with which we do business, allowing you the ability to lookup and submit information outside of typical business hours.

PBH endeavors to increase the effectiveness of PBH processes by extending the reach of the core PBH systems directly to our customers. By offering on line services PBH provides a place for you to complete transactions that constitute a typical "Day in the Life" of a customer of PBH.
By utilizing the Internet, time and distance become irrelevant. Consequently, PBH becomes a 24-hour a day, seven-day a week interface for information exchange with our customers.
Another goal is to bring members and providers into closer contact by making it possible for them to engage in self-service transactions, have access to information, and initiate, and participate in, a feedback loop.
